Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Additionally we are shipping Ribosomal Protein S15 Antibodies (47) and Ribosomal Protein S15 Kits (12) and many more products for this protein.

we provide novel insights into the heterogeneous genomic landscape of relapsing chronic lymphocytic leukemia and report recurrent mutations in a "hotspot" region of RPS15
Study shows that ribosomal protein s15 is a key pathogenic LRRK2 (show LRRK2 Proteins) substrate in Drosophila and human neuron Parkinson's disease models.
RPL37 (show RPL37 Proteins), RPS15 and RPS20 (show RPS20 Proteins) regulate the Mdm2 (show MDM2 Proteins)-p53 (show TP53 Proteins)-MdmX (show MDM4 Proteins) network but employ different mechanisms to do so.
Ribosomes, the organelles that catalyze protein synthesis, consist of a small 40S subunit and a large 60S subunit. Together these subunits are composed of 4 RNA species and approximately 80 structurally distinct proteins. This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 40S subunit. The protein belongs to the S19P family of ribosomal proteins. It is located in the cytoplasm. This gene has been found to be activated in various tumors, such as insulinomas, esophageal cancers, and colon cancers. As is typical for genes encoding ribosomal proteins, there are multiple processed pseudogenes of this gene dispersed through the genome.
