TTF1 encodes a transcription termination factor that is localized to the nucleolus and plays a critical role in ribosomal gene transcription. Additionally we are shipping TTF1 Antibodies (81) and TTF1 Kits (5) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 5 out of 5 products:
TTF-1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins) is expressed in lung during different stages of development.
Interaction of TTF-I with target sites upstream and downstream of the rDNA transcription unit connects these distal DNA elements by forming a chromatin loop between the rDNA promoter and the terminators.
ErbB4 is a critical upstream regulator of TTF-1 in type II epithelial cells and that this interaction is important for Sftpb regulation.
Otp and TTF-1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins) are essential for the normal morphological development of the hypothalamus, including the arcuate nucleus [review]
Depletion of TTF-I recapitulates the effects of ARF on ribosomal RNA synthesis and is rescued by the introduction of a TTF-I transgene.
Overexpression of Transcription Termination Factor 1 is Associated with Colorectal Cancer
CK7 (show KRT7 Proteins), TTF-1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins) and napsin A (show NAPSA Proteins) are predominantly expressed in primary lung adenocarcinoma patients, with CDX-2 (show CDX2 Proteins) being inconsistently expressed.
Immunohistochemical comparison of two TTF-1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins) mAbs in atypical squamous lesions and sarcomatoid carcinoma of the lung, and pleural malignant mesothelioma suggest possibility for diagnostic errors.
Combined genomic and proteomic analyses demonstrated infrequent alteration of validated lung cancer targets but identified novel potential targets for TTF1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins)-negative LUAD, including KEAP1 (show KEAP1 Proteins)/Nrf2 (show GABPA Proteins) and DNA repair pathways
results indicate that TTF-1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins) expression in NECs suggests a possible role in their normal development and differentiation
Low expression levels of TTF-1 (show NKX2-1 Proteins) is associated with lung adenocarcinoma.
This gene encodes a transcription termination factor that is localized to the nucleolus and plays a critical role in ribosomal gene transcription. The encoded protein mediates the termination of RNA polymerase I transcription by binding to Sal box terminator elements downstream of pre-rRNA coding regions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. This gene shares the symbol/alias 'TFF1' with another gene, NK2 homeobox 1, also known as thyroid transcription factor 1, which plays a role in the regulation of thyroid-specific gene expression.
