The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Additionally we are shipping UBE2Q1 Proteins (7) and many more products for this protein.
Showing 10 out of 43 products:
Ube2q1 is not expressed in the uterus of non-pregnant females but its expression is up-regulated during pregnancy. Ube2q1 is involved in different aspects of female fertility.
GTAP functions as an evolutionarily conserved E2 enzyme, which may participate in intercellular adhesion and embryonic development.
overexpression of UBE2Q1 is associated with Breast Carcinoma.
These data imply that UBE2Q1 is upregulated in liver cancer cell lines and tumorous samples and may play a role in the development of HCC (show FAM126A Antibodies).
UBE2Q1 is differentially expressed in colorectal cell lines and shows overexpression in colorectal tumors.
This result along with the real-time PCR data shows that the novel human gene, UBE2Q1, is expressed in human breast and may have implications for pathogenesis of breast cancer.
we found somatic mutations of HERC2 (show HERC2 Antibodies), HERC3 (show HERC3 Antibodies), TRIP12 (show TRIP12 Antibodies), UBE2Q1 and UBE4B (show UBE4B Antibodies) genes in gastric carcinoma and colorectal carcinomas with microsatellite instability
The modification of proteins with ubiquitin is an important cellular mechanism for targeting abnormal or short-lived proteins for degradation. Ubiquitination involves at least three classes of enzymes: ubiquitin-activating enzymes (E1s), ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2s), and ubiquitin-protein ligases (E3s). This gene encodes a member of the E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. The encoded protein is 98% identical to the mouse counterpart.
