The Biotin-conjugated Rabbit Polyclonal anti-TNF alpha antibody (ABIN115911) specifically detects TNF alpha in WB and EIA.
The antibody is reactive with Mouse samples.
TNF alpha
Reactivity: Human, Mouse, Rat, Pig, Rabbit
WB, ELISA, IHC (p), IF (p), IHC (fro), IF (cc)
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
ELISA: To detect mTNF-alpha by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) this antibodycan be used at a concentration of 0.15-0.30 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatiblesecondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 ng/well of recombinantmTNF-alpha. Western Blot: To detect mTNF-alpha by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at aconcentration of 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagentsthe detection limit for recombinant mTNF-alpha is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing ornon-reducing conditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
