Additional Information

Alternative name MERTK (Mer Receptor Tyrosine Kinase)
Immunogen Mer extracellular domain
Format Liquid
Isotype IgG1 kappa
Clone A311F9G3
Description This gene is a member of the MER/AXL/TYRO3 receptor kinase family and encodes a transmembrane protein with two fibronectin type-III domains, two Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains, and one tyrosine kinase domain. Mutations in this gene have been associated with disruption of the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) phagocytosis pathway and onset of autosomal recessive retinitis pigmentosa (RP).

Myeloma: FOX NY mouse myeloma

Synonyms: c MER antibody,c mer proto oncogene tyrosine kinase antibody,cMER antibody, cmer protooncogene tyrosine kinase antibody
Specificity Human Mer

Application Details

Application Notes Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titration, however as a guideline use at 1:1000 for western blot
Purification Protein G
Buffer PBS, 0.1% sodium azide
Preservative 0.1% Sodium azide
Restrictions For Research Use only
