Description CD3 is a surface protein of peripheral blood T cells of molecular weight 19 kD. The pan T cell marker is present on more than 95% of circulating human peripheral T cells. Alternate Names: CD3D, CD3E, CD3G, CD3Z, CD3 delta chain, CD3 epsilon chain, CD3 gamma chain, CD3 zeta chain, T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3, T3D, T3G, CD247, T3Z, TCRZ.

Application Details

Application Notes Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of 1/10 diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells or 100ul of lysed whole peripheral blood. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Concentration 0.1mg/ml
Buffer PBS containing 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative and 1% BSA as stabilizer.
Storage Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf Life: one year from despatch.
Research Area Immunology, Adaptive Immunity, Hematopoietic Progenitors, Hematopoietic Stem Cells, CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
