| Description | CD3 is a surface protein of peripheral blood T cells of molecular weight 19 kD. The pan T cell marker is present on more than 95% of circulating human peripheral T cells. Alternate Names: CD3D, CD3E, CD3G, CD3Z, CD3 delta chain, CD3 epsilon chain, CD3 gamma chain, CD3 zeta chain, T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3, T3D, T3G, CD247, T3Z, TCRZ. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Flow Cytometry: Use 10 ul of 1/10 diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells or 100ul of lysed whole peripheral blood. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. |
| Concentration | 0.1mg/ml |
| Buffer | PBS containing 0.09% Sodium Azide as preservative and 1% BSA as stabilizer. |
| Storage | Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf Life: one year from despatch. |
