Specificity: This antibody recognises the homologue of human CD47, which has been identified as the ligand for the signal regulatory protein (SIRP). Clone OX-101 has been reported to block the interaction of CD47 and SIRP. We recommend the use of SM2002A for this purpose.

Immunogen: Rat thymocytes.

Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: 1/10 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunoprecipitation.
