The Mouse Monoclonal anti-MAP2 antibody is suitable to detect MAP2 in samples from Human, Mouse and Pig. It has been validated for WB, IP, IF, IHC (p), IHC (fro) and EIA.
Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections (use mouse brain as positive tissue). Immunocytochemistry (use human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y as positive control). Western blot (use porcine brain or MAP2 as positive control). Immunoprecipitation (use porcine brain as positive material). ELISA (use porcine brain or MAP2 as positive control). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
