Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approx 55kDa band observed in human hepatoblastoma HepG2 lysates (calculated MW of 56.8kDa according to NP_005304.3). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
