Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Western Blot: Approx 24kDa band observed in Jurkat cell lysates (calculated MW of 22.4 kDa according to NP_005330). Recommended for use at 1-3 µg/ml.

Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
