|
Application Notes
|
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH/3T3 (calculated MW of 37.7kDa according to Human NP_003968.1 and 37.6kDa according to mouse NP_057875.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ARA9 a band of approx. 42kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.06µg/ml.
