The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from humanPDK1 around the phosphorylation site of serine 241 (A-N-SP-F-V).

Specificity
|
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. PDK1 (phospho-Ser241) antibody detects endogenous levels of PDK1 only whenphosphorylated at serine 241. Species: Human, Mouse and Rat. Others not tested.

Suitable for use in Western blot (1: 500~1: 1000) and Immunohistochemistry (1: 50~1: 100). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
