Binding Specificity: pTyr1007

Specificity: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site. JAK2 (phospho-Tyr1007) antibody detects endogenous levels of JAK2 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 1007.

Purification: Immunoaffinity chromatography.

Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human JAK2 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1007 (K-E-YP-Y-K).

Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry (1: 50approx. 1: 100).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
