Specificity: Reacts with the human and mouse Wnt1 proteins. On Western blots, it identifies a single band at ~41kD. A band of unknown origin at ~80-90kD is sometimes observed, this may represent a dimerized form of Wnt1. Reactivity has been confirmed with Wnt1-transfected HEK293 cells, GIST882 and SW480 cell lysates, and mouse MS-1 cell lysates.

Purification: Immunoaffinity purified

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of the human WNT1 protein.
