Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects IKKg/IKK3 in RIPA lysates from Jurkat and 3T3 cells. Jurkat lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-IKKg/IKK3 (0.5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. -
