-
Specificity
- Reacts with JNK1 in both transfected and endogenous cell lines on Western blots. This antibody may cross-react with JNK3 in an overexpressed cell lysate, but the cross reactivity to JNK2 has not been observed. This antibody identifies a 54kD band on Western blot analysis. Reactivity is confirmed with A431 cell lysates.
