Application Notes: Approved: ICC, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and has been reported to demonstrate cell nuclear staining in Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL detects TRF2 from a RIPA lysate of human Jurkat cells. TRF2 may be detected as a doublet in some cell lysates. Jurkat cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-TRF2 (1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
