Application Notes: For enzyme conjugation. Pairs with MAb to free PSA in a sandwich immunoassay for free PSA. Pairs with Rabbit anti total PSA in sandwich immunoassay for total PSA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
