Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in human liver lysates (calculated MW of 76.8 kDa according to NP_003491.1). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 150 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
