Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Bands at 30 kDa and 37 kDa band in human liver lysates after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human liver shows spotty staining in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes. Recommended concentration, 3-5 μg/mL.
