Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Approximately 50-55 kDa and 15 kDa in human brain, mouse brain and rat brain lysates after 0.5 μg/mL antibody staining. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the bands).
