Immunogen: MEPCE antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of MEPCE.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2,000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in rat testis lysates (calculated MW of 74.4 kDa according to human NP_062552.2 and 75.3 kDa according to rat XP_222048.4). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human MEPCE a band of approximately 75 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows staining of the spermatids. Recommended concentration, 5-10μg/mL.
