Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in HEK293 lysate (calculated MW of 61.1 kDa according to NP_057531.2). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 28 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
