Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 85 kDa band in human muscle lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.5 kDa according to NP_908973.1. The 85 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
