SEMA3E antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
SEMA3E antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of SEMA3E.
SEMA3E
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
WB, IF (cc), IF (p)
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
Alexa Fluor 555
Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approximately 35 kDa and 20 kDa in human prostate lysates after 0.1 μg/mL antibody staining.2 kDa according to NP_036563.1. Both detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide (and BLAST results with the immunizing peptide sequence did not identify any other proteins to explain the additional bands).
