Immunogen: WRNIP1 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the C-Terminus of WRNIP1.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 45 kDa band in human lung and brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.2 and 69.5 kDa for isoform 2 according to NP_569079.1. The 45 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Approximately 90 kDa band observed in Jurkat lysate. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 50 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows nuclear staining, stronger in DCT compared to PCT. Recommended concentration, 4-6μg/mL.
