Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (10 μg/mL). Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100C for 20 min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1xTBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.

- Background
- Phosphodiesterase 7B, a cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase, has been shown to affect cAMP-mediated neural activity and cAMP metabolism in the brain. PDE7B activity is inhibited by dipyridamole, IBMX, and SCH51866. At least three splice variants have been isolated for PDE7B from rats and they show tissue specific expression patterns.Synonyms: 5'-cyclic phosphodiesterase 7B, MGC88256, Phosphodiesterase 7B, cAMP-specific 3', rolipram-insensitive phosphodiesterase type 7
