Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. detection limit for r  mMGL1 and r  mMGL2 ~ ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detection limit for r  mMGL1 and r  mMGL2 ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions.
