Usage: Suitable for use in Direct ELISA, Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL, Detection limit for rhIDUA is ~0.2 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, Detection limit for rhIDUA is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Antibody tested in WB and ELISA using the full-length recombinant protein.
