- Application Notes
-
Approved: Peptide-ELISA (1:64000, 0.3 - 1 μg/mL), WB (0.3 - 1 μg/mL)
Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approx. 110kD band observed in Mouse Brain and Rat Brain lysates (calculated MW of 104kD according to Human NP_000822.2, and to Rat NP_001106187.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 39kD. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies / lysates? Have any further splice variants / modified forms been reported? - Comment
