Application Notes: Flow Cytometry: < / = 0.2 μg/10^6 cells. Identification and enumeration of IgE+ cells. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Identification and enumeration of IgE+ cells. Also used as a second step reagent for mouse IgM monoclonal antibodies.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Should it contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
