MAPK1/2 (pThr202), (pTyr204) antibody
-
- Target
- MAPK1/2
- Binding Specificity
- pThr202, pTyr204
- Reactivity
- Rat
-
Host
- Rabbit
-
Clonality
- Polyclonal
-
Conjugate
- Un-conjugated
- Application
- Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
- Specificity
- Specific for the ~42k - 44k ERK/MAPK phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204 in Western Blots of UV treated Jurkat Cells or in a rat brain lysate. Immunolabeling is blocked by the Thr202/Tyr204 phosphopeptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. Human, Mouse, Rat and Xenopus have 100% amino acid sequence identity with the antigen used to raise the antibody.
- Cross-Reactivity
- Human, Mouse (Murine), Rat (Rattus)
- Predicted Reactivity
- bovine, canine, chicken, mouse, non-human primates, Xenopus, zebra fish
- Purification
- Antigen Affinity Purified from Pooled Serum
- Immunogen
- Synthetic phospho-peptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding Thr202/Tyr204 conjugated to KLH
