Application Details

Application Notes This antibody works well in Western Blot where a single band at ~31 kDa is seen. No other applications have been tested for this lot. Past productions of this antibody have been used for ipon, immunofluorescence, and immunohistochemistry. Working Dilutions: Optimal dilution should be determined by the end user The following are guidelines only : - Immunofluorescence : 1/1 000 to 1/10 000 - Immunohistochemistry (paraffin) : 1/1 000 to 1/10 000 - ipon : 1/1 000 to 1/10 000 - Western Blot : 1/1 0
