Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western Blot: 0.01-0.03 μg/mL. Approx 35 kDa band observed in human liver lysates(calculated MW of 31.5 kDa according to NP_110382).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
