Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL. Approx.55-60 kDa band observed in lysates of Jurkat andHepG2 (calculated MW of 51.0 kDa according to NP_005375.2). The observed molecularweight corresponds to earlier findings in literature (Ikushima et al. , Proc Natl Acad Sci U SA.1997 Mar 18,94(6): 2609-14. , PMID: 9122243).
