Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 2000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 45-50 kDa band seen in Jurkat lysate (Expected MW fromamino acid sequence according to NP_002190.1 is 40 kDa).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
