Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Approx 27-30 kDa band observed in human heart and skeletalmuscle lysates (predicted MW of 30 kDa according to NP_006003). Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows patternedstaining of hepatocyte cytoplasm. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
