Biotin
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-2 μg/mL. Approx 70-75 kDa band and approx 35 kDa band observed inHuman Lung lysates (predicted MWs of 95 kDa according to AAD33924.1 - however ourresult agrees with Putilina et al as below). A minor band of unknown identity was alsoconsistently observed at approx 55 kDa. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

LMO7 contains a calponin homology (CH) domain, a PDZ domain, and a LIM domain. An F-box (FBX) domain is present in alternative splice variants. Members of the LIM protein family carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. Members of the FBX protein family are involved in protein-protein interactions. LMO7 may be involved in protein-protein interactions. Multiple alternative splice variants have been described but their full-length sequences have not been determined.Synonyms: F-box only protein 20, FBX20, FBXO20, KIAA0858, LIM domain only protein 7, LMO7, LOMP
