Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 128000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 75 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293(calculated MW of 62.5 kDa according to NP_005700.2). Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Kidney, shows diffusecytopasmic staining in epithelial cells of renal tubules.
Other applications not tested.
