Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/64000. Western Blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 30 kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node, Spleen, Tonsil and Peripheral BloodMononuceocyte lysates. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
