  • Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 60-70 kDa band observed in human brain (cerebellum)and human colon lysates (calculated MW of 47.0 kDa according to NP_004373.2). Theobserved molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with differentantibodies (Xu et al, Mol Pharmacol.2001 Mar,59(3): 485-92, PMID: 11179443) . Immunofluorescence: 2 μg/mL when incubated at 4 °C for 40h (mouse brain).
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Background
CRF1 is a receptor for corticotropin releasing factor. It shows high affinity CRF binding. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylyl cyclase.Synonyms: CRF-R, CRF1, CRFR, CRFR1, CRH-R 1, CRHR, CRHR-1, Corticotropin-releasing factor receptor 1, Corticotropin-releasing hormone receptor 1
