Description
Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are signaling molecules that recognize different microbialproducts during infection and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptiveimmune responses. These proteins act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 andTIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. TLR10 is highly homologous toTLRs 1 and 6 and is most highly expressed in lymphoid tissues. Most recently geneticvariation in TLR10 has been associated with contributing to asthma risk. It should be notedthat TLR10 exists in mice only as a pseudogene.
Specificity
This protein A purified antibody is directed against Human Jagged-1 protein. Expect a band approximately 150 kDa in size corresponding to Jagged-1 in mouse liverwhole cell lysates, and a 75 kDa band in human brain and kidney lysates. Species Reactivity: Tested: Human and Mouse. Expected from sequence similarity: Chimpanzee, Rat.

Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunofluorescence microscopy andWestern blot. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1/20,000-1/100,000. Western Blot: 1/500-1/2,000. Immunofluorescence: 1/200-1/1,000. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: 1/100-1/500. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
