Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit: 1/16000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Detects a band of Approx 55 kDa in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes and inlysates of cell line K562. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
