- Monoclonal
- Application
- Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunofluorescence (IF)
- Specificity
- This antibody reacts with a 95-115 kD protein on T-cells and thymocytes and a 115-135 kD molecules on neutrophils and platelets. These proteins are o-glycosylated and are mucin-like molecules with different antigenic epitopes.

- Application Notes
-
Immunofluorescence: 10-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunoblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 ug/mL on frozen and formalin fixed sections using avidin-biotin system. This antibody was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-10 ug/mL in IHC. High temperature antigenic unmasking technique is recommended to enhance staining on formalin fixed tissue sections. It is recommended that this product be used on frozen tissue sections or specimens. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. - Comment
