Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human VASP around the phosphorylation site of serine 238 (K-V-SP-K-Q).
Specificity VASP (Ab-238) antibody detects endogenous levels of total VASP protein.
Purification The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen.
