Immunogen Purified recombinant fragment of JAK2 (745-955AA ) expressed in E. coli.
Clone 1C1
Isotype IgG1
Purification Ascites
Alternative Name JAK2
Background Synonyms:
JTK10, JAK2
This gene product is a protein tyrosine kinase involved in a specific subset of cytokine receptor signaling pathways. It has been found to be constituitively associated with the prolactin receptor and is required for responses to γ interferon. Mice that do not express an active protein for this gene exhibit embryonic lethality associated with the absence of definitive erythropoiesis.
Molecular Weight 130.6 kDa
Gene ID 3717
Research Area Signaling, Cytokines, Receptors, Kinases/Phosphatases
Application Notes Recommended Dilution:
ELISA: 1/10000, WB: 1/500 - 1/2000
Not yet tested in other applications.
Determining optimal working dilutions by titration test.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer Ascitic fluid containing 0.03 % sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store at 4 °C or at -20 °C for long term.
