ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave bands at 30 kDa and 37 kDa band in Human Liver lysates after 0.5 µg/mL antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 9.3 kDa according to NP_001636.1. The detected bands were successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows spotty staining in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes. Recommended concentration: 3-5 µg/mL.
