More ELISA Kits for Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2, Group F, Member 6 Interaction Partners

Human Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2, Group F, Member 6 (NR2F6) interaction partners

  1. Interaction of NSD1 (show NSD1 ELISA Kits) with the NR2E/F subfamily including COUP-TFI (show NR2F1 ELISA Kits), COUP-TFII (show NR2F2 ELISA Kits), EAR2 and TLX (show CD46 ELISA Kits) requires a F/YSXXLXXL/Y motif. NSD1 (show NSD1 ELISA Kits)interaction with liganded NRs (show SPNS1 ELISA Kits)is mediated by an overlapping LXXLL motif.

  2. study demonstrated that expression of EAR2 was elevated in colorectal cancer and knockdown of EAR2 reduced survivability and tumor growth of colon cancer cells

  3. Ear2 ligand binding domain is required for Rasd1 (show RASD1 ELISA Kits) to alleviate Ear2-mediated repression of renin (show REN ELISA Kits) transcription.

Mouse (Murine) Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2, Group F, Member 6 (NR2F6) interaction partners

  1. NR2F6 is a central checkpoint for cancer immune surveillance.

  2. Snail (show SNAI1 ELISA Kits) inhibits adipogenesis through a down-regulation of Nr2f6, which in turn facilitates the expression of IL-17 (show IL17A ELISA Kits), an anti-adipogenic cytokine.

  3. The orphan nuclear receptor Ear-2 (Nr2f6) is a novel negative regulator of T cell development.

  4. Interaction of NSD1 (show NSD1 ELISA Kits) with the NR2E/F subfamily including COUP-TFI (show NR2F1 ELISA Kits), COUP-TFII (show NR2F2 ELISA Kits), EAR2 and TLX (show NR2E1 ELISA Kits) requires a F/YSXXLXXL/Y motif. NSD1 (show NSD1 ELISA Kits) interaction with liganded NRs (show SPNS1 ELISA Kits) is mediated by an overlapping LXXLL motif.

  5. Nuclear orphan receptor (show NR1D2 ELISA Kits) NR2F6 directly antagonizes NFAT (show NFATC1 ELISA Kits) and RORgammat binding to the Il17a (show IL17A ELISA Kits) promoter.

  6. It was concluded that both Nr2f2 (show NR2F2 ELISA Kits) and Nr2f6 negatively regulate renin (show REN ELISA Kits) promoter activity, but may do so by divergent mechanisms.

  7. Our study establishes NR2F6 as a transcriptional repressor of IL-17 (show IL17A ELISA Kits) expression in Th17-differentiated CD4 (show CD4 ELISA Kits)(+) T cells in vitro and in vivo.

Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 2, Group F, Member 6 (NR2F6) Antigen Profile

Antigen Summary

Transcription factor predominantly involved in transcriptional repression. Binds to promoter/enhancer response elements that contain the imperfect 5'-AGGTCA-3' direct or inverted repeats with various spacings which are also recognized by other nuclear hormone receptors. Involved in modulation of hormonal responses. Represses transcriptional activity of the lutropin-choriogonadotropic hormone receptor/LHCGR gene, the renin/REN gene and the oxytocin-neurophysin/OXT gene. Represses the triiodothyronine-dependent and -independent transcriptional activity of the thyroid hormone receptor gene in a cell type- specific manner. The corepressing function towards thyroid hormone receptor beta/THRB involves at least in part the inhibition of THRB binding to triiodothyronine response elements (TREs) by NR2F6. Inhibits NFATC transcription factor DNA binding and subsequently its transcriptional activity. Acts as transcriptional repressor of IL-17 expression in Th-17 differentiated CD4(+) T cells and may be involved in induction and/or maintenance of peripheral immunological tolerance and autoimmunity. Involved in development of forebrain circadian clock\; is required early in the development of the locus coeruleus (LC).
