- Background
- Alpha-parvin, also known as PARVA, probably plays a role in the regulation of cell adhesion and cytoskeleton organization. This protein plays a role in ciliogenesis. Recombinant human PARVA protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
