- Background
- AGR3, also known as anterior gradient protein 3 homolog precursor, is a secreted cytoplasmic protein which is involved in metastasis induction and p53 tumour supressor inhibition. It may serve as molecular marker and potential therapeutic target for hormone-responsive breast tumours. Recombinant human AGR3 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography. Synonyms: Anterior gradient protein 3 homolog, AG3, BCMP11, hAG-3, HAG3, PDIA18. NCBI no.: NP_789783
